This jewel of a tropical island rests in the shimmering turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Just east of the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico, the lush jungle life fills the island’s interior while sugary beaches, sunshine and gently swaying palm trees line the coast. It’s paradise! Cozumel is an easy trip from the United States and offers some of the best diving in the world. One of the many reasons Cozumel is a bucket list location for divers is the incredible drift diving.

Cozumel is located in the state of Quintana Roo by the Caribbean Sea, about 10 miles off the eastern coast of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It is directly across the water from Playa del Carmen and about an hour and a half from the Cancun airport.

The island is about 29 miles from northeast to southwest and averages 9 miles in width. Cozumel is the largest of Mexico’s inhabited islands. San Miguel is the only main town. The majority of the island is undeveloped.

Your Resort accommodations include:

Fantastic Beach & World-Class Diving
The resort sits beachfront on Cozumel’s coast, with immediate access to the sea and proximity to some of the best reefs in the region.
It has its own on-site dive center certified for diving and snorkeling, making it easy to enjoy underwater adventures
For water-loving travelers — whether you’re new or experienced — that convenience is a big plus.

Comfortable & Relaxed Stay in Bungalow-Style Rooms
Rooms are arranged as bungalow-style suites set among tropical gardens, giving a more intimate, resort-village feel rather than a high-rise hotel vibe.
Many rooms (or suites) include private patios/balconies — often with a hammock — which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean breeze.
The setting — with lush greenery and natural surroundings — makes for a tranquil, laid-back vacation environment.

Great for Families & All-Inclusive Convenience
The resort offers many all-inclusive perks — meals, drinks, activities, water sports — which simplifies vacation planning.
There’s a dedicated kids’ program (and kids’ pool) for younger guests, making it a family-friendly choice.
On-site amenities — like pools, spa/fitness, entertainment/show programming, and concierge services — mean you don’t need to head into town unless you want to.

Good Value & Balanced Vibe — Relaxation + Activities
The resort strikes a balance: you get access to water sports, diving, entertainment, and restaurants — yet the layout and bungalow-style rooms create a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere compared to mega-resorts.
For what you get — beach, reef access, all-inclusive meals & drinks, accommodation, entertainment — it offers solid value.
It’s a good fit whether you’re traveling as a couple seeking some romance and chill time, as friends wanting adventure, or as a family wanting convenience and fun for everyone.
